PCgeekchick.com does not charge for non-productive time. You are only charged for time leading to the desired outcome.
- Home or business on-site support $20-25 per hour. A typical visit is less than 2 hours.
- Minimum time charge is 1 hour. Any visit over an hour then is charged by the quarter hour (1.25 hours, 1.75 hours, etc).
- Networking and wireless network setups: $30-40 per hour. A typical visit is approximately 2 hours.
- For non-local service calls (over 35 miles), mileage will be charged at 32 cents per mile. No service call charge for service within 35 mile radius!
